Why PI is separate
Personal injury runs on contingency. Clients pay nothing upfront, and the questions they need answered before choosing an attorney are different from someone facing a criminal charge or a divorce. A tool that treats PI like every other practice area would serve PI clients and PI attorneys badly.
So we are building it right rather than bolting it on. That takes time, and it means limiting PI-only listings until the PI product is ready. This is a capacity limit, not a judgment about your practice.
